Fairview Park Hospital

Fairview Park Hospital provides comprehensive care in 28 disciplines with the latest medical equipment. In 2010, Fairview Park Hospital was named to the Georgia Hospital Association's (GHA) Partnership for Health and Accountability (PHA) Quality Honor Roll and was listed in the Chairman's Category for excellence in quality. The 190-bed facility has been serving the Georgia region since 1982.

Fairview Park Fitness Center features an Olympic size pool, racquetball courts and extensive workout equipment. Fairview Park Fitness Center also offers a while range of group exercise classes and well as childcare services for members. The facility operates seven days a week.

On the grounds is a popular nature trail encircling a lake with a natural setting that is enjoyed by both individuals and wildlife. Families often come to the area to take pictures, feed the geese and relax at the gazebo.

Carl Vinson V.A. Medical Center

Dublin is also the proud home of the Carl Vinson V.A. Medical Center (CVVAMC), one of only three VA medical centers in Georgia. In addition to new constructions that include a Wellness Center and a 103-bed Nursing Home Care Unit, $4,000,000 was recently devoted to enhance nursing stations, and it employs nearly 1,000 employees. The CVVAMC consists of 93 hospital beds, a 145-bed Domiciliary, a 35-bed Homeless Veterans Program, and a multitude of outpatient services. A constituent of the fastest growing Veterans Health Administration (VHA) region, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 7, the CVVAMC serves 38,000 Veterans and enrolls more each day.

Other community resources include seven assisted living facilities, four nursing homes, a community mental health agency, mental retardation center, an Easter Seal rehabilitation facility, several home heath care companies, and the Oconee Regional Cancer Center.
